  • SEC D9 & D2 needs a load of dirt. Can we dump over fence at property S of D9?

1:52 PM

  • Romo does not have ports open or checks in and he is out on the road.
    • Bandin is going out and putting their checks in and opening their ports
    • Romo is not deserving of a warning letter. It is not their fault that Water District is opening the main ditch early.

2:32 PM

  • The end of ditch four at Glendale needs to be on the agenda to be fixed

2:41 PM

  • (Letter) Johnnson needs to be contacted regarding the tree in his yard that goes all the way over ditch nine and into Romo’s yard.

  • (Credit) Callahan - Water from Romo's late start ended up at D8, creating a bit of a blockage, which I removed at D8 & Orangewood

3:22 PM

  • (Letter) Albico - didn't set check

  • (Repairs) Water was moving through 10–1 Inlet at ditch 1 while closed most likely due to leakage.

    • (Credit) Mark - Mark came and looked at it for me and found out there was a bunch of crud in the track like dirt and pebble kind of stuff. He may have cleared it with a brush.
  • (Repairs) Issues on ditch 9 from 183rd going west. It looks like the ditch may be lifting up from the bottom in one section, but there’s some pretty good cracks along the bottom and some along the sides.

  • (Letters) Johnnson, Nolan and Demars - have quite a bit of work to do to clean up the walking path and what’s going down into the ditch. Runners are in the ditch from the weeds/grass. Some of it is from the walking path and looks like some could actually be coming from inside their property. It is so thick that you still cannot walk down the path and I also can’t tell if there’s any possible damage to the ditch behind it/under it.

2:06 PM

  • (Repairs) Inlet 10-1, opened ditch 2 and closed ditch 9 at 2. Ditch 1 has issues. Not sure if it’s off balance in the track or something else. It does not appear to have anything blocking it. Water is continuing down ditch 1.

  • (Letter) Cole - needs to be contacted and asked to trim his massive tree back onto his property. It is over the ditch and into Saballa's yard.

  • (Repairs) Ditch 9 has some cracking going on in the bottom of the ditch as well as around some of the port covers.

  • (Repairs) D6 gate leaks - cleaned debris under, reclosed, still leaks.

Wednesday, 6/25

  • (Letter) Sova still needs to take care of his brush coming through the fence and the tree going from his yard up over the ditch and onto the other part of the walking path
